The ready-to-use labs are already fully-equipped with benches, fumehood(s), cabinets, etc.

The customisable labs can be equipped to your own specific needs.
All basic supplies are ready to connect to your appliances:
- 3 types of water supplies
- Reversed Osmosis (RO) water
- Normal domestic water for connection to normal/domestic appliances
- Normal domestic water for connection to contamination sensitive installations (e.g. fume hoods)
- Electricity
- Gases
- HVAC
The BlueChem Kickstart Fund will subsidise up to 80% of the total cost of furnishing your laboratory.
Offices
BlueChem offers an original mix of office spaces for startups, scale-ups and knowledge institutions, and some larger offices for partner companies in the international chemical sector.
Offices are furnished with:
- Desks
- Office chairs
- Cabinet
- Private wifi connection
Co-working spaces
The co-working spaces are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. In total, there are 20 working spaces. Some are equipped with a screen, keyboard and mouse. Lockers are available next to the spaces to keep your stuff safe.
